This live course prepares students for Administrative Assistant and/or Office Support Staff. Students will gain understanding of computer terminology, applications and programs used in business, and typical office support functions. Students will perform hands-on practice of business communication skills and Microsoft tools.
Pre-Requisite: Age 18 and older. Math & Reading proficiency.
Course Requirements: Upon completion (within 2 weeks), take the IC3 Certification Exam.

This live 16-hour is an add-on to the Administrative Support Services course. This class is offered in two 8-hour sessions or four 4-hour sessions.

This live 24-hour crash course prepares students for Office Support roles by mastering on-the-job expectations in using Microsoft products -- Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Access, and Project. Students will learn how to create professional documents and reports, setup a simple database, analyze data in a spreadsheet, create a presentation, create a small project, and other daily business functions. This class is offered in 8-hour or 4-hour sessions.

This live 7-hour course teaches essential skills, knowledge, and attitude to consistently deliver exceptional service for customers to see you as their trusted advisor. Master emotional intelligence to address situational conflicts and to work collaboratively with colleagues and teams. Learn to apply 7 key elements of effective customer service, 12 essential customer service skills, and to develop the right mindset for success.
